Position: Restoration Construction Manager
Are you an experienced professional in water and fire restoration looking for a role where you can make a difference? Join Coit as our Restoration Construction Manager and play a key role in restoring homes and businesses after disaster strikes.
You'll oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. With your expertise, you'll help deliver peace of mind to our customers, working alongside skilled subcontractors, vendors, and a dedicated team that values your contributions.
What You'll Do
As our Restoration Construction Manager, you'll:
- Serve as an ambassador for Coit, representing our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
- Manage multiple restoration projects, including water, fire, mold, and asbestos mitigation, while ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service by keeping clients informed at every stage of the restoration process.
- Inspect loss sites, prepare estimates using industry-leading tools like Xactimate and Symbility, and secure work authorizations.
- Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters, third-party administrators (TPAs), and clients to gain approvals and ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee subcontractors, labor teams, and vendors to maintain high standards of safety and quality.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, secure necessary permits, and advocate for timely payment on projects.
- Utilize tools like XactAnalysis and MICA to manage workflow and reporting.
What You Bring to the Table
- A deep understanding of water and fire restoration, construction trades, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in estimating and sketching with Xactimate X1 and Symbility.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Proven experience negotiating with insurance adjusters and TPAs.
- Familiarity with restoration industry systems and processes.
- A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
