Job Description
This role is responsible for coordinating produce retail sales activities to ensure satisfactory sales and profits for the company. You will address the needs and satisfaction of our customers, including assigned customers and accounts managed by other sales representatives.
- This position is ideal for proactive, result-oriented professionals who thrive on connecting with customers and discovering new markets.
- You will manage high-level accounts after completing an introductory period.
- Understand and have knowledge/ability to perform all office functions, even if not listed in the job description (booking freight, invoicing, assisting with RTGs, repack paperwork, checking receiving reports, solving discrepancies, etc.).
- Understand all nuances of Coke Farm inventory.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in agricultural or related sectors.
- Experience with organic products.
- Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills, strong analytical skills to identify sales patterns and trends, advanced time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while completing time-sensitive projects.
- Strong communication skills; proficient in English and Spanish in both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Platforms: Teams, Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
