What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Coke Florida Careers?
Coke Florida is looking for a Receptionist based out of our Hollywood location to work Monday- Friday, 7:30am- 4:00pm.
What You Will Do:
Performs routine clerical duties in a Distribution Center in accordance with standard administrative office procedures.
Roles and Responsibilities
Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department
Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information
Welcomes on-site visitors and monitors visitor access and issues passes when required
Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, copying and collating
Assist Associate Services Administrator with duties as assigned
Handle mail/shipping for facility
Other office and administrative duties as assigned
For this role, you will need:
High School Diploma or GED
Some college preferred
2-5 years’ experience in automated office environment required
Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office products
