Coke Florida is looking for a Senior Manager of Integrated Supply and Transportation Planning to work out of our Tampa HQ area office. What You Will Do: The Senior Manager of Integrated Supply and Transportation Planning has a leadership role in the commercial operations planning Team that is responsible for functions that include Supply, Transportation and Production Planning. ·       Production plans- work with the Manager, Production & Raw Materials Planning to ensure the right package & brand mix is planned vs. the demand forecast across the Coke Florida network ·       Supply Chain Development: Developing and implementing supply chain process that optimize the flow of materials and products through the supply chain network, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness. ·       Inventory Management: Overseeing the management of inventory levels to ensure that they are optimized to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory and associated carrying costs. ·       Transportation Planning and Management: Managing transportation operations, including internal fleet/Dedicated planning, carrier selection, freight cost negotiation, and delivery scheduling, to ensure the timely and cost-effective transportation of goods. ·       Supplier Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a smooth flow of materials and to address any potential supply chain disruptions or issues proactively. ·       Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating supply chain risks, such as transportation delays, supplier disruptions, or quality issues, to minimize the impact on overall operations and customer satisfaction. ·       Data Analysis and Performance Metrics: Analyzing supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and to drive data-driven decision-making within the supply chain management process   Roles and Responsibilities: Collaboration: Facilitate and foster effective collaboration with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, operations, and suppliers to optimize supply chain processes and drive continuous improvement. Planning: Develop and implement transportation and logistics operations plans to ensure efficient movement of goods, reduce costs, and meet customer demand. Transportation: Oversee the transportation function, including carrier selection, rate negotiations, and performance monitoring of Common, Dedicated and Internal carriers. Ensure timely delivery of goods and optimize transportation costs by evaluating various modes of transportation Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools and systems to generate insights, evaluate key performance indicators, and provide regular reports on transportation performance. Identify trends and areas for improvement to drive operational excellence. Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to a team of transportation and logistics professionals. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment to drive team performance and achieve departmental goals. Development of each member of the team to help improve knowledge and engagement with the team and prepare for future growth. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, carriers, and transportation service providers. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues, identify opportunities, and ensure smooth transportation operations   For this role, you will need:   A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field is typically required. A master's degree in a relevant discipline can be an advantage. Previous experience in transportation and logistics management is essential, with at least 3-5 years of progressive responsibility in a related role. Experience in supply chain planning, carrier management, and process optimization is highly desirable. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of transportation operations, logistics processes, and supply chain management principles. Familiarity with industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices in transportation management. Propensity in data analysis, reporting, and utilization of transportation management systems (TMS) or similar tools. Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and derive actionable insights to improve transportation operations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders. Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Proficiency in using transportation management systems (TMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, and other relevant technologies to manage transportation operations and perform data analysis.   Additional Qualifications which will help you be successful in this role:   Strong Business Acumen and Strategic solutioning mindset Experience in SAP, Inventory and business process creation Acts decisively.  Proven ability to take on and solve complex problems independently. Proven change management capabilities. Process mapping and optimization.
