What are the responsibilities and job description for the Triage Technician position at Coke Florida Careers?
Roles and Responsibilities:
Work as part of a team to achieve daily goals
Operate Handheld/PC
Review daily production schedule
Move assets into triage area using a pallet jack
Scan assets into inventory system
Complete visual/mechanical inspection to determine course of action or pre-work repair
Check cooling performance using data logger
Determine asset path based on work needed – body shop, refrigeration, fast pass, or scrap
Identify all parts needed for Finish Line
Place assets in staging area once assessments and pre-work are completed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the day
Replace doors, ballasts, evaporator fan motors, condenser fans, ballasts, thermostats, etc.
For this role, you will need:
Follow all prescribed safety and security measures protecting all associates and Company assets
Minimum age 18 years old
Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with safety policies
Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job
Ability to read, write and speak English preferred
Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines
Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technology
High school diploma or general education degree or a suitable combination of education and experience
Basic knowledge of and ability to use hand tools
Effective quality management and technical skills needed
This role is extremely physical, which will require:
Repeated sitting, standing on cement floors, walking, pushing/pulling, lifting, carrying, up to 35 lbs.
Continuous bending, kneeling, squatting, grasping, reaching, fine manipulation and exposure to chemicals and noise
