Coke Florida is searching for a Warehouse Supervisor to work out of our Tampa Distribution Center. We are looking for Sun-Thurs 9AM-Finish or Sun-Thurs 3PM-Finish.
What You Will Do:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing and monitoring production processes and operations to ensure a smooth and efficient process and workflow for the automation system. Execute and facilitate in clearing system errors, process transactions and reports within an automated environment using VPS, Vertique and CONA systems.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Supervises and leads the automation environment using VPS Vertique Picking & Loading software.
Serve a site subject matter expert on the system process
Processes and supervises a variety of transactions to ensure accurate and timely process function.
Create and analyze reports in CONA to determine efficiency and effectiveness
Initiate recommendations for process improvement as determined through process analyzation.
Ensure the proper functioning of multiple zones through advanced problem-solving skills and logic to include simple data manipulation
Troubleshoot system for malfunctions
Supervise the successful resolution of system errors and communicate requests to other personnel
Support cross-functional duties for other departments as assigned
Train other employees to support processes as needed
Performs appropriate duties as assigned by management
Release work in a consistent and steady pace
Balance and distribute work being release.
Ensure the dock's flow is efficient, the area remains organized, clear communication is maintained, and all required documentation is accurately completed.
For this role, you will need:
High school diploma or GED required
At least 2 years of prior automation, warehouse or distribution experience required
Requires experience managing people and budgets
At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution supervisor leadership position
Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product
Forklift certification is required upon commencement of work

This role is extremely physical, and will require:

Ability to repetitively push and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance while kneeling, squatting, reaching about the head, reaching at the waist, reaching below the knees and bending at the knees
Ability to repetitively push and pull manual transport equipment (for example, pallet jack or hand truck) containing product loads up to a minimum of 100 yards without assistance
Ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
Ability to exert oneself physically over sustained periods of time to complete job activities
Ability to read information in small, medium and large print on dual screens and computers
Ability to stand a minimum of 8 hours during the workday
Ability to walk a minimum of 4 hours during the workday
Frequently work in a hot/humid indoor environment
Ability to use an audio headset to communicate in English
