Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required, masters preferred. Experience with an NCAA intercollegiate softball program, a valid driver's license with clean driving record, knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations and current CPR and AED certification is required. Must be eligible to work in the United States.

- Assist in planning, conducting, and supervising all men's soccer practices and conditioning sessions.
- Assist in recruiting student-athletes of high academic and athletic abilities within Coker University, the South Atlantic Conference, and NCAA regulations.
- Work within the assigned budget provided by the head coach.
- Assist in the monitoring of the academic progress and eligibility of student athletes.
- Assist with preparing the game schedule.
- Extensive travel is required.
- Foster and champion DEI and maintain an equity mindset.
- Support and model the University service standards.
- Perform other duties as responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Athletics and/or the Head Coach.
