**Job Description:** The LPN Charge Nurse will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility. This includes ensuring that our nursing staff provides high-quality care to our patients, and that we meet all applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you must have at least one year of experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility. You must also possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a License Practical or Vocational Nurse in this state, and have a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved License Practical or Vocational Nurse program.
