**Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production objectives
- Participate in all aspects of harvest cellar activities including:
- Sanitization and maintenance of wine contact equipment
- Operation and cleaning of crush equipment
- Completion of work orders
- Punch downs, pump overs, and additions to musts and wines
- Racking and wine transfer
- Barrel work on metal racks
**Requirements:**
- Previous harvest experience preferred but not required
- Valid Driver's License
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Must be reliable, on-time, and engaged
