Provide excellent service for guests in assigned section. Accept payment and reconcile sales.
Responsibilities
- Attend staff meeting at the beginning of each shift.
- Help with the set-up of dining area each shift
- Attend training to improve product knowledge.
- Offer guidance and answer guest questions, regarding menu items.
- Accept payment and reconcile all sales at the end of shift.
- Work as a team member, to ensure a positive work environment.
- Strive for excellence in execution of all duties assigned.
- Respond to supervisor and guest feedback with appropriate urgency and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Previous fine dining experience preferred
- Ability to carry large tray
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work standing for a 6 hours.
