  • Provide insights or adjustments based on data analysis and performance metrics.

3. Project Coordination

  • Coordinate between various teams within the agency (e.g., design, content, paid media, SEO) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are on schedule.
  • Keep the client updated on milestones and deliverables, avoiding any miscommunication.

4. Budget Management

  • Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns remain cost-efficient and profitable.
  • Provide clients with accurate billing and financial updates.

5. Upselling and Retention
