The Digital Marketer is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. This role focuses on optimizing marketing efforts to achieve measurable results, working closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive and data-driven campaigns.The Digital Marketer will lead the execution of performance marketing initiatives, oversee campaign performance, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Must be able to run a team.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Ads, , TikTok, and others.
Plan and manage digital campaigns, including paid search, display, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Optimize campaigns for KPIs such as CTR, ROI, CAC, and lead generation.
Content & Collaboration
Work closely with creative teams to ensure campaign visuals and messaging align with brand identity and target audience needs.
Oversee SEO, social media and PPC and collaborate with creative teams to create integrated marketing strategies.
Ensure cohesive brand messaging across all digital platforms.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms.
Prepare detailed performance reports, highlighting campaign successes, areas for improvement, and actionable insights.
Monitor trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to inform future campaigns.
Team Management & Leadership
Manage and coordinate tasks across PPC specialists, social media marketers, and other digital marketing staff.
Provide guidance and training to team members to improve campaign execution and results.
Ensure timely delivery of all digital marketing initiatives.
Budget Management
Allocate and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring maximum efficiency and ROI.
Negotiate with vendors and agencies for paid media, tools, or other digital marketing needs.
Qualifications
Experience : Min 5 years in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in PPC, social media marketing, and analytics.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Skills :
Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms.
Proficiency with marketing tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar.
Strong understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
