COLAB, a leading digital marketing agency in Woodland Hills, CA, is actively seeking a seasoned professional to step into the role of Content Manager . This role requires a deep understanding of content strategy, social media trends, and coordination. If you're ready to lead content initiatives for multiple brands, this opportunity is for you!
Requirements :
Agency Experience Required : We're seeking candidates with more than 2 years of actual social media management or coordination experience who have worked on multiple (5 or more) social media account in an agency setting.
Location : This is an IN-HOUSE position based in Woodland Hills, CA.
Must have previous content creation work to show from past clients.
Responsibilities :
Oversee all content-related work across multiple social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and goals.
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive content strategies to grow followers and enhance brand presence.
Manage the entire content creation process, including planning, creation, distribution, and posting of high-quality, engaging content.
Collaborate with the US team to generate ideas, then independently manage and execute content plans from start to finish.
Supervise on-site client content creation when needed.
Monitor trends, analyze performance metrics, and optimize content strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and direct all content creation efforts.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
Proven record of managing 5 social media accounts
Strong familiarity with major social media platforms, trends, and tools for content creation.
Highly detail-oriented, with a keen eye for visual consistency and design quality.
Creative thinker with a strong portfolio of engaging content across various platforms.
Exceptional organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to significantly grow social media accounts.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving digital environment.
