Mission
Is responsible, within an operating unit, for the organization, monitoring and proper completion of the job(s) for which he/she is responsible, in compliance with health, safety and environmental rules.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyzes job risks and ensures the safety of people and the protection of the environment concerned by the activities: compliance with legislation, regulations, internal rules and procedures in the fields of Health, Safety and the Environment
- Guarantees the execution of the job and organizes it by making the necessary resources available for its execution (human and hardware requirements), transmits the useful information and documents to the Site Foremen. Responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle; planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery
- Monitors the financial and contractual management: establishes and monitors the budget, ensures the relationship with the customer, manages subcontractors/suppliers, invoicing and monitoring of customer overdraft, identifies and manages risks and opportunities, etc.
- Controls the job's performance and implements corrective measures if necessary: presents the site foreman with performance objectives, monitors the associated indicators and reports to his/her line management.
- Provides added value in the optimization of his/her operations: demonstrates creativity in the search for innovative solutions (variants, reduction of deadlines, etc.)
