Mission
Reeves Construction Company is looking for an experienced Loader Operator for the Reeves - Duncan or Lakeside Asphalt Plants (Greenville, SC / Spartanburg, SC) with 2 years of experience . The successful candidate for this role will have an uncompromising focus on safety excellence.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain loaders.
- Responsible for the efficient working conditions of the loaders. This includes : performing routine maintenance including minor servicing, maintenance, and cleaning of the loader.
- Responsible for alerting the serviceman of any significant problems.
- Maintain hopper levels to achieve maximum production.
- Maintain stockpiles and pit floor.
- Load trucks.
- Assist with maintenance around the asphalt plant.
- Check fuel supplies at sites to ensure adequate availability.
- Monitor operations to ensure that health and safety standards are met.
- Keep records of material or equipment usage or problems encountered.
- Must have the initiative, ability, and willingness to perform and assist with other job positions for job completion as requested.
