Job Summary :
Looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual that assists in the tasks associated with concrete precast construction including preparation, pouring concrete, cutting, bending, tying rebar, and finishing operations.
Main Responsibilities :
- Embrace the Company's safety culture, actively support all safety initiatives, and adhere to defined accountabilities implemented by the Safety Steering and Continuous Improvement teams
- Support, promote, and practice the Company core values, vision, and mission; follow code of ethics, workplace conduct, safety, and other established policies
- Safely operate vehicles, tools, and equipment, including, but not limited to on-road vehicles, overhead crane, skid steer, forklift, concrete vibrator, air compressors, shovels, rakes, brooms, concrete finishing tools, and other hand tools for cutting, bending & placing rebar
- Assist in unloading ac oil, hook up hydrated lime silo, operate rebar bending machine
- Pour concrete into precast forms and place rebar in forms then finish precast products
- Assist with minor equipment maintenance and cleaning of construction equipment
- Maintain clean and organized working areas
- Work closely with skilled laborers and craft workers to complete projects
- Engage in multiple forms of physical labor necessary for completion of assigned construction projects
