Job Summary :
Manages the consolidated activity of entities in a territory and their medium or long-term development by ensuring that performance objectives are met and by analysing the various potential risks.
Main Responsibilities :
Company Culture, Regional Strategy and Leadership
- Drive the Company’s safety culture and all safety initiatives, including those defined and implemented by the Safety Steering and Continuous Improvement teams
- Promote organizational core values, vision, mission, code of ethics, and safety, workplace conduct, and other policies and best practices
- Direct development of regional strategy and related initiatives that align with overall company strategy, goals, and objectives
- Provide solid leadership and direction to regional management team responsible for execution of regional business processes; set clear expectations and hold teams accountable for results
- Provide mentorship to team leaders, support individual development, and promote professional growth
- Respond to employee feedback, and drive initiatives to support recruiting and retention of successful teams
- Lead and motivate change initiatives necessary to maintain a dynamic and flexible business model that can successful respond to changing market conditions
- Develop and maintain relationships with other leaders of local, state, and federal entities, equipment and product suppliers, and those key to organizational success
