PRIMARY PURPOSE :
Performs administrative & accounting duties as they relate to active construction projects and customer service for aggregate retail office. Focus will be on completing tasks independently on time and providing positive customer service. This position will wear several hats and support a variety of personnel and project staff as needed. Position is 40 / hrs per week during the summer, with reduced hours in the winter.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
Primary responsibility of front desk reception and general office administrative duties as business needs dictate, including running company errands. Specific duties include
- Communicates efficiently, effectively and courteously with all company personnel.
- Assist with crew travel arrangements.
- Maintains a good working relationship with all company personnel. Portrays a positive and accommodating attitude towards peers, supervisor, and customers.
- Weigh trucks & produce scale reports, and write and track truck slips.
- Help walk in customers.
- Receive money paid on account.
- Monitor yard traffic.
- Write purchase orders as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma & must be at least 18 years of age due to nature of working environment.
- MUST HAVE valid drivers license
- Organized, with good attendance and a positive attitude.
- Communicate well both written and verbally as well as work and solve problems independently.
- High level of understanding of computer programs, including but not limited to Microsoft programs (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- 2 years office experience and / or college education preferred.
- Comply and abide by Colaska Inc.’s Code of Ethics at all times during employment with the Company.
