What You’ll Be Doing
In partnership with residents and the Interdisciplinary team, you will lead, coordinate, and deliver person-centered care based on current assessment and evaluation of resident status. In addition, you will:
- Be the point of contact for all clinical employees during the weekend.
- Lead your team: drive the performance management process while serving as a coach and mentor.
- Inspire your team: motivate your team to deliver the best care to our residents.
- You will be able to demonstrate composure, customer focus, patience, and the ability to gain trust and establish rapport with residents and your team. 1 year of previous leadership experience and the ability to demonstrate stellar management skills.
- Working knowledge of person-centered care principles and practices will make you stand out. An excellent track record of state survey results and knowledge of regulations is required.
- You will also be a graduate from an accredited college of Nursing and be a Licensed RN in the State of Colorado with a current BLS certification.
