What are the responsibilities and job description for the PDI Service Technician position at Colaw RV Sales?
Colaw RV is seeking a motivated individual to join our service team! Candidate should have a strong attention to detail, be self-motivated, and have the ability to document all work performed as well as communicating with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrating RV systems to customer who have recently purchased an RV.
- Confer with customers to ensure they are familiar with the basic systems of the RV they have purchased.
- Examine or test operation of parts or systems to ensure proper functionality prior to customer pick up.
- Properly document all work performed.
Qualifications:
- Prior general experience in electrical, plumbing, and basic carpentry desired but not required.
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ability to communicate with customers about questions they may have concerning the RV they have purchased.
Pay/Hours:
- Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
- Saturday 9am - 3pm
- Hourly wage dependent upon experience
- Paid bi-weekly via direct deposit
- Major holidays off
- Vacation time earned after first year of employment for full time employees
