Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to oversee our RV service PDI department. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role is crucial in ensuring that our team provides high-quality RV repair and maintenance services.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the service PDI department and detail department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Supervise and train service staff in RV repair techniques.
- Communicate with the sales team to ensure sold units are properly prepped for delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all service operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a service management position, or a similar role within the RV or service industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in RV repair and maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
Pay/Hours:
- Monday - Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. & Saturdays 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
- You will have the option to take Tuesdays or Wednesdays off during the week. Saturdays are required.
- Salary rate starting at $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Bi-Weekly pay checks deposited via direct deposit into your bank account.
- Vacation time earned after 1 year of employment
- Closed for major holidays (New Years Eve & New Years Day, Memorial Weekend & Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day Weekend & Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Thurs. - Sat.), Christmas Eve & Christmas Day.
