Responsibilities
Client Interaction : Engage with potential and existing clients through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand and fulfill their insurance needs.
Policy Presentation : Clearly explain policy features, benefits, and coverage options to clients, ensuring they are well-informed.
Application Processing : Accurately complete and submit insurance applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Market Research : Continuously analyze market trends and competitor offerings to provide competitive insurance solutions.
Cross-selling : Identify opportunities to offer additional policies and enhancements to current policyholders to maximize coverage and satisfaction.
Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, reinforcing the value Colby McCurdy Agency provides.
Documentation : Maintain thorough and accurate records of all client interactions and policy transactions in the CRM system.
Requirement
Licensing : Must hold an active Louisiana Property & Casualty License.
Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a customer service role is preferred.
