Maintenance/Custodial/Evening Custodian
This part-time position is available for a skilled and detail-oriented individual to provide custodial services across the district.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, classrooms, and common areas.
- Restock supplies and materials as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and cleaning vents.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the Property Management team.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
Work Schedule:
- Part-time position, approximately 19 hours per week.
- Evening shifts, including some weekends and holidays.
