Job Description: Bartender
We are looking for a skilled bartender to join our team and deliver exceptional drinking and dining experiences to our guests. As a bartender, you will be responsible for producing all cocktails and beer for the dining room and bar, while remaining attentive and hospitable to the guests in front of you. You will also be responsible for creating a friendly, welcoming environment and responding to all guests with a cheerful, helpful attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Take drink orders from guests and make recommendations
- Prepare and serve cocktails and beer in a timely manner
- Ensure the bar and surrounding areas are clean and well-maintained
- Work closely with the kitchen to ensure food and beverage orders are coordinated and delivered together
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a bartender
- Extensive spirits knowledge and understanding of how different flavors balance each other in cocktails
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- High school diploma or equivalent
