What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator *No Weekends* - Day or Night Shifts Available position at Cold Heading Co.?
Shift - 6am - 6pm OR 6pm-6am Monday-Thursday and some Fridays
Night Shift Premium - $2.00/hr OR 15% of base hourly rate...whichever is Higher

Requirements
- Mechanically inclined
- Able to stand, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Background Check, Drug Test and Physical Required
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production processes.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for accurate machining.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure product specifications are met.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any mechanical issues.
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality control measures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and production output.

Pay: $18.00 - $34.00 per hour
