General Warehouse Worker / 3PL Warehouse (2nd Shift)

Cold-Link Logistics LLC is a rapidly growing Warehousing and Logistics Company built on Family Values. Based out of Miami, FL, we are committed to building a great team to serve our customers’ needs with innovative cold storage warehousing and distribution solutions.

Cold-Link Logistics Hattiesburg is a new 200,000 sq ft state-of-the-art facility in Ellisville, Mississippi and we are actively recruiting for our General Warehouse team at our new temperature-controlled food grade distribution center.

Summary:

The Cold-Link Logistics General Warehouse Worker is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient handling of our customers’ products.

Essential Duties:

• Being a TEAM Player, working cooperatively with others to meet daily service demands.
• Working most of the day in warehouse temperatures ranging from -10 to 32 degrees, wearing Company-provided cold weather gear.
• Stacking cases onto pallets with accuracy and timeliness, using proper lifting techniques.
• Counting and checking materials to food quality standards, ensuring high level of accuracy.
• Maintaining clean work areas suitable for food storage and distribution.
• Working safely and efficiently, making the best use of your time on the job.

Physical Requirements & Schedule:

• Core working hours are Monday to Friday, but in some situations will require Saturday hours based on customer needs. Evening shift from 3:30PM - 12AM and willing to train on day shift.
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds and handle product both manually and with equipment.
• Must have an acceptable driving record according to Company guidelines.
• Ability to be in a multi-temperature warehouse environment with temperatures ranging from outside ambient to -10 degrees F. Cold-Link provides cold weather gear for staff members.
• This is a safety sensitive position. Applicants offered this position will have to submit to a substance screening.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
