Cold-Link Logistics LLC is a rapidly growing Warehousing and logistics company built on Family Values. Based out of South Florida, we are committed to building a great team to serve our customers’ needs with innovative cold storage warehousing and distribution solutions. We are currently hiring for our office at our Apopka, FL location.
We are looking for a Warehouse associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for unloading/loading of products, Counting and recording counts and information from product, labeling, putting away, and ensuring that all items are accounted for.
Candidate should be a responsible individual with great experience in driving industrial vehicles. The goal will be to ensure that material and products will always be checked for damages and shipped on the correct truck accurately and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in a fast-paced environment. Come be part of a great team that plays a vital role in the Food Supply Chain.
All potential candidates will need to register through our temp services. Afterward based on performance there will be room to be hired to the Company.
Responsibilities:
- Unload product from inbound trucks
- Load product to outbound trucks
- Pick and stage orders
- Identify damages and record on receiving sheet
- Follow proper procedure for receiving & shipping for each customer.
- Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
- Keep Dock and Warehouse rooms clean and organized
- Help maintain a safe and orderly environment.
- Be a team player.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Be well organized in handling and writing up paperwork for loads (required)
- Good Communication skills
- Computer skills (use of tablet and RF scanner) (Required)
- experience with handling drums, bins, totes (preferred)
- Warehouse Knowledge (required)
- Standup & Sit down forklift (preferred)
