Rv dealer seeking a finance mgr.
Cold Springs RV is a leading retailer in the RV market, and have an immediate opening for a top performing F&I Manager. A lot of people make the move from the Auto industry to the RV industry and experience rapid success. We average 400-500 unit sales each year and have a solo Finance Manager business office.
People make the move to RVs for three main reasons.
1. It is a quick transition, the RV dealership environment is very similar to Auto.
2. The hours are less grueling and as a result our people enjoy a nice work-life balance. 8:30 - 5 pm. With a 5 day work week
3. The income and growth potential is excellent
With income potential up to 200k per year at 40 hours per week. a little more during the busy season and show season.
