**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Cake Decorator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually appealing and delicious cakes and cup cakes. If you have experience in decorating cakes, we want to hear from you!
**Responsibilities:**
The cake decorator will be responsible for maintaining our 3-door cake display full of ice cream cakes, ice cream cupcakes, ice cream cookie sandwiches, and ice cream pies.
A Cake Decorator's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Providing premier customer service, including greeting them and responding to questions
- Icing, decorating, packaging, labeling, and maintaining products for cake display
- Filling customer special orders
- Dynamically selling products by providing customers with information needed to make product-relation decisions
- Following Cold Stone's guidelines for Cake Decoratoring
- Maintaining Cold Stone's high standards for product freshness and sanitation
- Organizing and rotating stock in the walk-in freezer as well as the cake display
- Making Fresh Ice Creams whenerver required
- Assisting in other duties as assigned
**Experience:**
- Prior experience in cake decorating or a related field
- Knowledge of food handling and kitchen safety practices
- Familiarity with pastry and culinary techniques
- Ability to use kitchen tools such as knives and mixers
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced work environment
- Experience working in a restaurant or food production setting is a plus
