We’re looking for a talented and dependable Cake Decorator to join our team at Cold Stone Creamery! If you’re passionate about creating beautifully crafted desserts and delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.
As part of the team, you’ll manage the production of cakes and prepare ice cream treats, maintain a well-stocked and beautiful display case, and assist customers with their dessert needs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the production of cakes and prepared ice cream treats.
- Take pride in maintaining a clean, stocked, and organized work area.
- Prepare specialty cake orders and collaborate with customers to fulfill custom designs.
- Keep the store stocked with Cold Stone’s signature cakes, ensuring freshness and availability.
- Manage inventory for cakes, icing, and decorations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by helping out in the front of the store when needed.
- Maintain a beautiful and well-stocked display case to attract and delight customers.
Qualifications:
- Cake decorating experience (1 year required).
- Dependable and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Creative and artistic abilities with attention to detail.
- Motivated to learn and use all cake decorating tools and equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills and teamwork.
