## Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and be comfortable handling cash transactions. This role involves assisting customers with their purchases, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.
## Duties
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process sales transactions accurately using a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Handle cash, credit, and check payments
- Able to handle rush- walk in/ online orders
- Assist customers in locating products within the store
- Maintain a clean and tidy checkout area
- Provide information about products, promotions, and store policies
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner

## Experience
### Required Skills:
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Strong customer service skills
-Ability to work on your own without constant supervision and guide
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of retail math principles

### Nice-to-Have Skills:
- proficiency, especially in Spanish
- Experience in Similar field, grocery store, technology, retail, wireless sales
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales
