Duties:
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Prepare and serve food and beverages following company recipes and standards
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas and kitchen
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions
- Assist in food preparation and adhere to safety protocols
- Upsell menu items to increase revenue
- Utilize POS system for order processing
Experience:
- Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Proficiency in basic math skills for cash handling
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus
- Knowledge of POS system is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
