We are seeking Shift Leaders to join the team at our Los Lunas Cold Stone Creamery location.

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old
Previous shift lead/management experience in food service, retail, or customer service.
Bakery/cake decorating skills a plus.
Reliable transportation to and from the store
Flexible/open availability is a plus
Must have daytime availability
Ability to be punctual and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role (e.g., assistant manager, shift supervisor)
- Strong knowledge and skills in food production, coffee preparation, bartending, catering, hotel, banquet services, or related fields
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality service
