Duties
- Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including kitchen management and front-of-house activities.
- Oversee the implementation of food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Utilize Aloha POS systems for efficient order processing and inventory management.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance culinary skills and customer service.
- Manage catering services, ensuring high-quality food presentation and timely delivery.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth among employees.
- Analyze financial performance and implement strategies for cost control and revenue enhancement.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and improve service quality.
Experience
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or casual dining industry.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen management practices, including culinary techniques and food safety regulations.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is preferred.
- Experience in training development and staff management is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
