Job Summary:
Cold Stone Creamery is the highest-end ice cream restaurant in the nation.
We are seeking two skilled and passionate Ice Cream Artist/Crew Members to join our Chenal store in Little Rock. As an Ice Cream Artist/Crew Member, you will be responsible for creating our high-end ice cream treats. This is a great opportunity for individuals with great customer service skills, have a smile on their face, are reliable, and have lots of manual dexterity to custom create ice cream treats.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and create a wide variety of ice cream treats
- Follow techniques and established procedures to ensure consistency
- Monitor and replenish inventory levels of food items and supplies
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their orders
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for cash handling and order processing
- Assist with cleaning duties
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with all piers to foster team work
- Assist with other duties as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to ensure timely making of ice cream treats
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers
Candidates must be available to work from 4 PM to CLOSING, including weekends. LATE AFTERNOON/EVENING, WEEKEND and HOLIDAY AVAILABILITY REQUIRED. No exceptions. This is NOT a summer or a seasonal job. Please only apply if you can work on the required hours and year-round.
