What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ice Cream Franchise Store Manager position at Cold Stone Creamery?
Cold Stone Creamery in the Victoria Gardens Mall is seeking an experienced Manager to run all operations, customer service, and aspects of the store. This is a fast paced, busy, high revenue store. Must have experience managing people, customers, and operations for a similar fast paced eatery.
Former managers of other dessert, bakery, cafe, coffee shop, fast and quick service restaurants are encouraged to apply. You will be required to have a knowledge and ability of decorating cakes, and must have an open availability during weekdays and weekends. This is a full time position at 40 hours per week. Must be available weekends and holiday weekends.
You will be responsible for all aspects of running the store including:
1. All employee related tasks including staffing, hiring, training, disciplining, and if needed, terminating employees
2. managing inventory, making sure all products are stocked and ready daily for customers
3. ordering supplies, managing vendors, keeping up with the maintenance of all equipment
4. maintaining all city, and state health code standards and keeping the store 100% in compliance with all inspections
