Duties
- Prepare and mix ingredients according to established recipes to create various ice cream flavors.
- Operate ice cream machines and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor the production process to ensure consistency and quality of the final product.
- Package finished ice cream products for sale or distribution, ensuring proper labeling and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist in menu development by experimenting with new flavors and techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Skills
- Strong background in food handling and safety practices.
- Experience in food production, particularly within a culinary or restaurant setting.
- Knowledge of baking or pastry techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
