Title: Customer Contracts Administrator
Salary: $75K-95K/yr
Position Summary:
The Customer Contracts Administrator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of contract data related to customers and products within various computer systems. This role involves collaborating with departments such as Purchasing, Customer Service, Credit, and Information Systems, as well as engaging with Multi-Unit Account Executives, customers, and vendors. The position requires effective teamwork within the department and the broader organization to best serve company interests.
Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee the setup of new vendors and items within the system, including item substitution maintenance.
- Manage vendor maintenance and compliance, including vendor billback processes.
- Handle price contract maintenance, conduct price testing, and verify pricing accuracy.
- Maintain customer product documentation and notify the warehouse of product changes, additions, and deletions.
- Assist with customer purchasing reviews and manage customer surcharge maintenance.
- Set up and maintain order guides, support promotions, manage menu changes, and address issues related to dead and slow inventory.
- Monitor earned income and perform related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in customer pricing, contracts, product management, purchasing, and/or accounting.
