General Manager – Regional Operations
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to oversee multiple locations within a defined region. This leadership role carries full commercial responsibility for regional performance and is focused on driving sustainable growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:Business & Operational Leadership
- Lead the region in achieving annual financial goals including revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability.
- Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Utilize data-driven insights to shape strategic plans and target high-potential customer segments.
- Oversee the preparation and execution of sales forecasts, capital budgets, and business plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement pricing and go-to-market strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Oversee and direct all warehouse operations, including efficiency, service quality, safety standards, budgets, cost controls, and P&L accountability.
Strategic Contribution & Policy Development
- Contribute to the development of company policies and operational procedures.
- Make strategic recommendations to executive leadership, including the President and Vice President, that support long-term business goals.
Team & Performance Management
- Build and lead a high-performing team, providing coaching, mentorship, and regular performance evaluations.
- Supervise staff across departments, including hiring, training, and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Demonstrate strong, hands-on leadership while fostering a positive, engaged, and productive work environment.
- Serve as a key communication bridge between frontline employees and senior leadership, ensuring transparency, clarity, and alignment.
Relationship Management & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Leverage internal cross-functional resources (sales, operations, customer service, supply chain, etc.) to meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Represent the company externally with professionalism and integrity when engaging with customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or related technical field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in commercial and/or operational roles
- Proven track record in managing P&L, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering measurable results
- Experience in warehouse and logistics operations strongly preferred
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence across organizational boundaries
- Salary Range: $168,000 – $221,000 (commensurate with experience)
