Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced delivery driver to join our team, responsible for delivering ice products across Central Arkansas. Our base location is in Little Rock, AR, but deliveries will be made throughout the region. The ideal candidate will have experience driving a 26' box truck, strong customer service skills, and a dedication to ensuring timely deliveries along an assigned route. CDL drivers are highly encouraged to apply. Training will be provided, and you will be home every night. This position also offers the opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses based on performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive and Operate a 26' Box Truck:
• Safely operate a 26' box truck to deliver ice products to customers across Central Arkansas.
• Loading & Deliveries:
• Load truck with ice products and deliver to assigned customers on a daily route.
• Review and verify all delivery invoices for accuracy before departure.
• Route Adherence & Customer Service:
• Follow the assigned delivery schedule and ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to work on your feet and carry or move up to 60 lbs. during deliveries.

Job Qualifications / Skills:

· Driving & Delivery Experience:

• Must have experience driving a 26' box truck.
• CDL drivers are encouraged to apply.

· Customer Service & Problem-Solving:

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to handle any delivery-related issues.
• Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers.

· Reliability & Self-Motivation:

• Highly responsible, reliable, and self-motivated to meet delivery schedules.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and as part of a cohesive team.

· Communication & Organizational Skills:

• Excellent communication skills for clear interactions with customers and team members.
• Strong organizational skills to keep track of delivery schedules, invoices, and customer interactions.

Education, Experience & Licensing Requirements:

• Age Requirement:
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Education:
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Driver’s License & CDL:
• Must have a valid driver's license issued by the state.
• CDL license required (preferred, but not mandatory for all applicants).
• Other Requirements:
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Must pass a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Additional Information:

· Work Hours:

• Hours will vary, and candidates must be flexible.
• Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays during the summer months.
• Summer hours are unlimited, providing ample opportunity to earn more.

· Location:

• Base location in Little Rock, AR, with deliveries across Central Arkansas.
