Work Days: Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable Delivery Helper to assist our drivers in the delivery of ice products. In this role, you will be working alongside the driver to ensure timely and efficient deliveries while maintaining a safe and organized working environment. The Delivery Helper will help with loading, unloading, and securing equipment in the truck, as well as ensuring cleanliness at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist with Deliveries:

• Follow the driver’s instructions for delivery tasks, which may vary depending on the location and driver.
• Help load and unload ice products from the truck.

· Maintain Cleanliness:

• Keep the truck and the customer locations clean and organized during and after deliveries.
• Ensure that all equipment is securely stored in the truck.

· Customer Service:

• Represent the company in a professional manner when interacting with customers.
• Assist the driver in maintaining good relations with customers at delivery sites.

· Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 lbs. as needed.
• Help with unloading and moving ice products to customer locations.

· Dependable Transportation:

• Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work.

Qualifications:

· Age Requirement:

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.

· Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).

· Availability:

• Must be available to work weekends as needed, especially during busy summer months.

· Dependability:

• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

· Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to work on your feet and lift heavy loads as part of the delivery process.

• Location: This position is based at one location but involves working on deliveries across the designated delivery area.
