Description
Account Coordinator/Front Counter team members assist customers in-person with payments, finance applications, merchandise pick ups, and general inquiries. Additional responsibilities include depositing checks, preparing bank deposits, scanning and maintaining supplies at sales kiosks. Successful Account Coordinators are analytical with an eye for detail and drive to provide exceptional customer service.
Current open full-time position will include shifts at our West Allis, Oak Creek, Grafton, and Delafield stores. Applicants must be willing and able to work at any of our four store locations as scheduled. Full-time shifts include daytime, early evening, and weekend hours. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Account Coordinators interact with customers, sales professionals, managers, and report to the Account Coordinator Manager.
Qualifications
The ability to manage multiple tasks/requests at one time and provide exceptional customer service is essential. Excellent attendance, proficiency with computers, strong sense of professionalism, excellent communication, and attention to detail are priorities for this position.
Salary : $17 - $19
