Seeking creative individuals who excel at organizing and decorating spaces to join our Visual Display Team and work at our Delafield location.
- Work with our Merchandise team and Store Leadership to discuss and plan showroom floor design, layout, display focal points, items to be displayed, and create design flow.
- Design displays based on theme, style, trend, and current promotions.
- Incorporate accessories to compliment styles and trends while constructing displays which may include painting, wiring, design, layout, etc.
- Actively optimize lighting to showcase the displays and maximize customer engagement.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis without assistance, comfortable using and climbing ladders, lifting, and bending.
Qualifications
Leading candidates will have a strong work ethic, excellent written and verbal communication, exceptional attention to detail, creative ideas, be an effective problem solver, and a hands on team player. Must be self-directed, professional and dependable. Excellent attendance is a priority. A minimum of 1-2 years practical interior design, display merchandising experience, and/or staging homes experience is required.
