Job Description:
We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our team at Coldspring Transitional Care and Rehabilitation. As a STNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents and helping them achieve their full potential.
Our ideal candidate is a certified Kentucky STNA with strong documentation skills, experience working with Point Click Care (PCC), and a solid work history with excellent attendance and punctuality. You should possess a positive attitude, patience, understanding, and compassion for working with the elderly.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing assistance with daily hygiene activities, positioning, transporting residents, answering calls, observing and reporting changes in resident conditions, documenting care, and attending educational events. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17-$22 per hour, plus additional shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:
- Providing assistance with daily hygiene activities
- Helping residents with positioning, turning, etc.
- Transporting residents
- Answering all resident calls in a timely manner
- Observing, reporting, and responding to changes in resident conditions
- Documenting care in resident's electronic medical record
- Attending required in-services and educational events
- Assisting residents with daily meals
Requirements:
- Kentucky State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in good standing
- Strong documentation skills, experience with Point Click Care (PCC) a plus
- Solid work history with excellent attendance and punctuality
- A positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly
- Patience, understanding, and compassion for those requiring our care
