Coordinator for Wealth Planning Group

Job Description We are seeking an administrator to work closely with Coldstream’s Wealth Strategy Group (WSG) - several Wealth Managers and the Chief Wealth Strategist. This position will report to the Chief Wealth Strategist and collaborate with all members of the WSG, particularly the WSG Analyst. How you will contribute: Manage Learning Management System and collaborate with WSG Analyst to build out training programs Organize and maintain centralized resources on internal SharePoint site and network drive Manage licenses and firm-wide settings for various software used by WSG members Schedule, attend, and document WSG meetings; schedule deadlines and coordinate follow-up for multiple WSG teams Assist in the planning and organization of WSG retreats Track WSG feedback and present it in an organized manner to the WSG Analyst and Chief Strategist Respond to WSG emails with appropriate resources and escalate to WSG Analyst as needed Track interactions with Centers of Influence (COIs) and other important business contacts in Salesforce Experience and Skills What you bring: A Bachelor’s degree in finance or business administration or a related field is preferred 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably within financial services, wealth management, or a related field Strong skills with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience managing SharePoint and ensuring efficient organization of files and resources Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong communication skills and experience collaborating effectively Detail-orientation with a high degree of accuracy Proactivity and a problem-solving mindset Job Benefits Coldstream Wealth Management is an independent wealth management firm providing customized portfolio management, sophisticated financial planning, and personalized client services to high-net-worth individuals and families. Base pay typically starts between $60k - $80k plus an annual bonus and a generous benefits package.
