We provide an upbeat, friendly environment where you will be rewarded for taking initiative, collaborating, suggesting process improvements, and having fun while doing it. This is a hybrid role in either Seattle (South Lake Union) or Portland and working in office 2-3 days per week.
The Operations Associate reports to our Operations Manager and works very closely with 4 other Operations Associates.
Our operations team supports our 9 wealth management teams by managing our investment reporting and portfolio rebalancing systems, delivering quarterly investment performance reports and management fee invoices, answering questions on investment performance, running ad hoc reports for client teams, and working with other corporate teams to support their functions.
You will contribute by :
- Fielding questions regarding performance reporting, billing, client portal and CRM systems, providing ad hoc reporting and data, and troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Developing and training on internal best practices, serving as a subject matter expert for Tamarac Reporting
- Configuring new clients and accounts in Tamarac
- Overseeing daily reconciliation of data feeds from custodians
- Performing and developing audits to ensure accuracy of client and investment data
- Assisting in the production of Quarterly Reports and Invoices
- Recording valuations, distributions, and capital calls in Tamarac reporting system and auditing for performance abnormalities
- Retrieving and distributing alternative tax documents to client portals
- Resolving data issues to ensure clients receive settlement claims

In terms of pay expectations, we assess each candidate individually based on their experience and qualifications and offer competitive compensation that reflects the value they bring to the team. Base pay typically starts between $70k – $90k plus an annual bonus and a generous benefits package.
