As an Associate Wealth Manager on one of our growing Bellevue teams, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive outstanding wealth planning and support.

We have a hybrid work environment - in office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, 7:00am - 4:00pm. You can choose to work remotely the other two days.

Your Contributions:

• Client Relationships:
• Develop and manage; initiate frequent client communication, facilitate meetings, present information, and educate clients on various wealth management topics
• Cultivate relationships with clients’ other advisors (attorneys, CPAs, bankers), generating referrals and establishing Coldstream as the leading wealth management firm for their clients
• Wealth Planning:
• Provide services to clients, including income tax, estate, wealth transfer, cash flow, retirement, and Social Security planning
• Contribute to the firm’s Wealth Strategy Group
• Investment Management:
• In conjunction with the team’s Portfolio Manager, establish and plan for each client’s goals, objectives, risk tolerance, and cash requirements; monitor asset allocation and rebalancing needs; create and implement investment plans
• Business development:
• Develop leads and referrals, meet with prospective clients to present proposals, identify and close opportunities with existing clients, consolidating assets and expanding relationships to include other Coldstream offerings.
  

Experience And Skills

Your Qualifications:

• CFP and 3 years of experience producing and presenting financial plans
• Proficiency with MoneyGuidePro and/or eMoney
• 5 years of experience in wealth management, including relationship management and an interest in business development
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and/or Tamarac portfolio management (or similar systems) is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

In terms of pay expectations, we assess each candidate individually based on their experience and qualifications and offer competitive compensation that reflects the value they bring to the team. Base pay typically starts between $115-140k plus an annual bonus.
