The Job to be Done
ColdTech seeks an energetic technician who will join our team as a steward of our customers' refrigeration and hot side equipment. Responsibilities will include:
- Collaboration with Dispatch for on time response to Customer work orders.
- Accurate diagnosis of equipment deficiencies and proactive communication with customers to explain resolution options
- Coordinate parts orders with Dispatch and Service Writers
- Attend all Division meetings
Required Education, Experience and Credentials
- 2 years of Hot Side/Refrigeration specific experience. Specifically, Fryers, Ovens, Grills, Hot Wells, and other specialty Restuarant/Kitchen equipment.
- Work Authorization Security Clearance
- Employee must have a valid Driver’s License, SS Card or Passport, and be eligible
