What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Install Crew Member position at Coldwater Landscapes?
The Install Crew Member is responsible for performing a variety of physical work tasks as assigned by the crew foreman using a variety of landscaping tools and equipment.

- Assisting in the preparation of jobsites prior to the beginning of a project.
- Safely operating various tools and equipment, including chainsaws, jackhammers, laser levels, measurement equipment, shovels, hammers and drills.
- Mixing pouring and spreading concrete.
- Assisting in the construction of walkways, fences, decks, and posts.
- Performing preventative maintenance on tools and equipment by conducting inspections, lubricating, and cleaning on a daily basis.
- Digging ditches or trenches.
- Performing land clearing activities manually or with heavy equipment.
- Loading and unloading materials, tools and equipment required to complete landscape construction projects.
- Transporting materials using, shovels, wheelbarrows, carts, dollies, and hand lifting/carrying.
- Assisting foreman with job-related tasks.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, structural drawings, and specifications to perform work activities.
- wearing appropriate personal protective equipment at all times.
- Complying with all company policies and regulations.
