Inside Sales Associate (ISA) – Real Estate Cold Caller
Full-Time | Base Salary Monthly Tiered Bonus

What You’ll Be Doing
- Make 150 outbound calls daily to homeowners (expireds, FSBOs, circle dialing, etc.)
- Engage with prospects, identify motivation, and set listing appointments for the team
- Follow up consistently with leads using our CRM and scripts
- Track lead activity and pipeline performance
- Role play regularly and seek out resources to improve conversion skills
- Collaborate with team members to meet weekly lead generation targets

- A driven individual with 1 year of inside sales or cold calling experience preferred

Education & Experience
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Two years of previous sales/ customer experience

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
